The Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda

The Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda is a uniting body that brings together all real estate agents, companies, individual brokers and developers together for professional service delivery.

Founded on 23rd April 2008, the Association of Real Estate Agents of Uganda (AREA-Uganda) is an umbrella authoritative organization of real estate agents and managers, real estate professionals and other groups with interest in the real estate sector. AREA-Uganda was formed to bring real estate practitioners into one body to work jointly on developing a proficient real estate sector in Uganda and creating consciousness and wakefulness of its benefits as an instrument for economic growth.

The main objectives of the AREA-Uganda among others are:-

1. To lobby and advocate

2. To promote real estate education

3. To ensure business best practices among its members

4. To carry out research and development

5. To encourage collaboration and networking
