The Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda (AREA-Uganda)
The Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda, commonly referred to as AREA-Uganda, is the national umbrella organization that brings together key stakeholders in Uganda’s real estate sector, including individual brokers, real estate companies, developers, property managers, valuers, and related professionals. Since its establishment on 23rd April 2008, AREA-Uganda has played a pivotal role in streamlining the real estate industry by promoting professionalism, ethical standards, and best practices.
AREA-Uganda was founded with a mission to unite real estate practitioners under one cohesive framework that fosters collaboration, transparency, and skill development. By consolidating the efforts of individuals and institutions involved in the property market, AREA-Uganda aims to create a well-regulated and vibrant real estate sector that significantly contributes to Uganda’s socioeconomic development.
